Attune gives each person on a small team a structured five-dimension working profile, then scores every working pair in the company: where handoffs flow, where they need a translation layer, and the one first move for each pair. Plain language, explicit consent, never used for hiring — in writing.
Fixed questionnaire, identical for everyone — results comparable across your whole roster.
Energy, information, decisions, structure, identity — each a 0–100 score, not just a letter.
Six people means fifteen working relationships. Attune reads all of them, not just the loud ones.
Each report ends with one concrete, doable adjustment — not a personality essay.
In a company of two to fifty people there is no HR department to absorb friction — a bad handoff between the office and the floor lands on the owner's desk the same afternoon. Attune maps the whole roster in one afternoon: which pairs hand work off cleanly, which two people need a translation layer, who steadies the room in a crunch week, and the one working style nobody on the roster covers.
Skip the trust falls. The coverage view shows how the roster leans on each dimension — and names the gap before it costs you a deadline. When two of six people carry all the plans-and-closure work, you want to know that before the busy season, not during it.
Each person keeps their own full report. What the company sees is name, type, and five scores — nothing else, and only after that person explicitly agrees.
If you advise small companies — benefits, retirement plans, payroll, operations — you sit across from the same rooms every renewal season: an owner, an office manager, a floor lead, and friction nobody names out loud. Attune gives you a circle per client company. Send one link per person before the visit; walk in with a map of the whole team and the vocabulary to discuss it neutrally.
This is a sample small company — an owner, operations, sales, the books, and the front desk. Select any two people, or any cell in the grid, to open their pair report. Everything below is interactive.

Asking employees to take a personality assessment is a trust decision. Every rule below is written into how the product works — not into a policy nobody reads.
Each person sees their own full result first, then chooses — explicitly, per circle — whether to share. Nothing is visible to the owner or advisor until they do.
Only a display name, type, and five dimension scores are stored per member. Raw questionnaire answers are never transmitted to anyone else — including us.
Every company, department, or client engagement is a separate, private circle. Members of one can never see, search, or infer members of another.
Any member can leave a circle and erase their shared profile at any time — including after they leave the company. Circle owners can delete a whole circle; removal is immediate, not a support ticket.
Profiles are never sold, used for advertising, or discoverable outside the circle they were shared into. The business model is the subscription, full stop.
Attune is a team-development and psychoeducation tool — not a medical device, not a clinical assessment, and never a hiring, screening, promotion, or pay instrument. That commitment is in the terms, in writing.
Try it with one circle free. Pay only when Attune becomes part of how you work.
Attune uses an original 36-item questionnaire. It is not the official MBTI® and is not affiliated with 16Personalities, The Myers-Briggs Company, or NERIS Analytics. Type frameworks are vocabularies, not physics.
Scores and pair reads are structured conversation starters, not clinical assessments. Attune is not a diagnostic tool and does not replace advice from a licensed professional of any kind.
Results are self-reported and not academically validated. Use them for development of the team you have — never for hiring, screening, promotion, pay, or any decision that requires a validated instrument.
